The funny aspect is that as you look around, you would see most of them sweating out in the gym are either doing so simply to lose the oodles of weight or to be in good shape. They are not working out to develop their muscles and becoming strong.

This is something which some bodybuilding instructors find hard to digest as the stronger a person is the more healthier and fitter her or she is. It improves one’s ability to digest food and burning the excess fat. The below given are some of the best exercises one can do in order to become more focused on working out and getting the strong body.

Lifting Heavy Weights

The key for getting a stronger and muscular body is through lifting weight. Just look at the Strong Man competitions and Mr. Universe pageantry, they look like Greek Gods and their chiseled body is a clear example of how much amount of weight lifting they must have practiced. Their flexible and strong physical attribute is because of the heavy functional exercises like lifting free objects. So you need to ensure that you increase your weight in the weight lifting exercise every day when you are stepping into the gym.

Squats

The most important and the king of all the strength and mass exercise building is the Squats. This is one of the best exercises where you stand using a weighted barbell which is placed behind your shoulders and making sure that the weight place on the shoulders is width apart. Then you would need to slowly lower your body into a sitting position with your thighs being in almost a parallel position on the floor. Then slowly you would need to keep the knees over the ankle and from there you would have to raise yourself from the starting position and pushing your heels onto the floor.

Barbell Deadlifts

Another great technique for improving your muscles is Barbell Dead lifts. However, you would need to ensure that it is done in a proper technique, so that one can avoid any type of injuries. Keeping the feet a little away from the shoulders apart, squat down and try to gasp the bar with a shoulder width or a slighter lower. Now you need to lift the bar by extending the hip and knees to the full extension and then pulling your shoulders back and then pushing the chest out in the top of the exercise. Then lower the bar and try to repeat the same.

In addition, you can do bench press and check out how the king of the upper body exercise provides the strong arms, chest, back and shoulder. All you have to do is lie back flat on the weight bench.

Being strong is not hard. Only if one is determined, then he or she can make sure about getting a strong body.
