Vanan is a great trainer. At the start, we talked about what I wanted to get out of the sessions and then he customises every workout towards that goal. He mixes it up from session to session so it doesn't get boring and he's got an endless array of fun equipment and tools to make the workouts varied and fun. Don't get me wrong, they're hard work but you feel great afterwards. I thoroughly recommend him!
