You first need to lie prostate on the yoga mat and keep your stomach and chest on the floor. After that you would need to stretch your arms and get them placed on the side of your head. Slowly, try to rise using both your hands. Then you need to put pressure on both the hands. After that try to stretch the body as much as possible and continue to hold in this pose. This particular exercise has to be be repeated at every two minute intervals.

In this exercise, jumping is integrated in ensuring the muscles to growth and even increasing the tensions of the muscles. Plus, it can help in increasing the blood supply and focus to the major parts of the body.
